Bentley Motors Limited ("we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company Registration Number 0992897). Areas of this website relate to our Distributors and Dealers and to the extent that any information is provided on their behalf we are not responsible for its content. Please contact the Distributor or Dealer directly if you wish to deal with them.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all customers and website users. This Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information will be treated.

This Policy, together with our website terms and conditions and cookie policy set out the basis on which any personal data that we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller is Bentley Motors Limited of Pyms Lane, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 3PL.

3. SPAM Email Warning

We will never request that you confirm any personal information in an email. Whilst we do have a targeted e-communication programme, we will never ask for you to confirm any of your personal details such as: Name, Address, Date of Birth etc. Should you receive any such emails we suggest that these are likely to be fraudulent and advise you NOT TO RESPOND. We suggest that any emails of this nature that you receive should be flagged and added to your blocked email address lists.

We may use the information we collect from you in various ways, including

These are the Standard Conditions of Sale of The Bentley Collection Limited for certain products shown on the pages of this website and which you have chosen and which can be seen listed on the "View Order" page (the "Goods").

1. Order

1.1 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order you submit and for giving us any necessary information relating to the Goods in sufficient time to enable us to perform our obligations in accordance with these terms.

1.2 No order shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until it is confirmed by email or in writing by us as having been despatched from our warehouse and payment has been made. We reserve the right to reject any order.

1.3 Any advice or recommendation given on this website or otherwise given to you by us, or any of our employees or agents, is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk and, accordingly, we shall not be liable for such advice or recommendation.

 

2. Product availability and descriptions

2.1 We take care to ensure that all colours are correct at the time of their publication. However, the representation of colours on your browser may vary from the actual colours.

2.2 All Goods are subject to availability and continuous development. Their specification can change and may differ from those outlined on this website or in any publication. We reserve the right to remove or discontinue any item at any time.

2.3 "Bentley" and the "B-in-wings" device are registered trademarks.

 

3. Errors

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on any page of this website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

 

4. Price

4.1 The price of the Goods will be the price set out on the relevant page of this website. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time however, if we accept an order from you, the price for the Goods will be the price set out on the relevant page at the time the order for them is placed.

4.2 Prices for Goods on this website are shown in £ sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of UK VAT, however you will be liable for any import duties and local sales taxes that may be levied in the country of delivery. VAT at the prevailing UK rate will be added to orders that are to be delivered in the EU.

4.3 Transactions authorised on this site will appear on your credit card statement as "The Bentley Collection" Transactions will be effected in £ sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, converted to your home currency at the rate prevailing on the date of the transaction by your payment card provider.

 

 

5. Payment method

5.1 Upon providing us with details of your chosen payment card and submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment card to pay for Goods on the order and authorise us to deduct from the payment card the full price of the Goods and all other payments due such as delivery charges.

5.2 Where Goods are returned to us in accordance with these terms, we will credit the payment card with the appropriate amount in £ sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, converted to your home currency at the rate prevailing on the date of the transaction by your payment card provider. The Bentley Collection Limited accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of your original order and your refund.

 

6. Delivery

6.1 The Goods will be delivered to the address shown for delivery on your order form. Items ordered together might not be despatched together due to constraints of packing or availability.

6.2 Whilst we will try to deliver your order within 3-14 days (depending on the delivery address) you should allow up to 28 days for delivery. Made to order Goods will be despatched when they are available to us. If you require a faster or guaranteed delivery service, you should call our customer services team [+44 (0)870 777 2490] or e-mail sales@thebentleycollection.com to discuss your requirements and we will advise you of availability and any additional costs.

6.3 Whilst every effort is made to deliver the Goods in accordance with the time-scales set out, we do not accept any liability for late delivery of the Goods.

All orders placed on or before 19th December with a UK or European delivery address, or before 14th December for all other countries, will be despatched in time to arrive for Christmas.  Please note that we cannot be held accountable for delays with couriers. 

The Bentley Collection Ltd will not process any orders placed after 21st December until 2nd January, so orders over this period will be delivered in early 2018.

 

7. Delivery charges

 7.1 For a limited time, The Bentley Collection are offering free delivery on all orders. Please note that free delivery promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.

 

8. Cancellation and returns

8.1 You may cancel your order without having to give a reason for up to 14 working days after the date upon which you received the Goods, provided you return Goods that you do not wish to keep, to us within 14 days of receipt in the condition in which they were received, together with a covering letter and the original delivery note.

8.3 Once we have received the Goods, we will credit the payment card used for payment of your original order with the value of the goods in £ sterling (GBP) or, if you prefer, replace the Goods with alternative goods. Please note original delivery charges and any costs incurred to return your order will not be refunded.

8.4 You are not entitled to cancel orders for Goods that have been personalised or made-to-order, or which are damaged after delivery (except where the goods are faulty). We will not be responsible for returned Goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

8.5 YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THESE TERMS.
