DELIVERY INFORMATION
- The Goods will be delivered to the shipping address entered during checkout.
- Items ordered together may not be dispatched together due to constraints of packing or availability.
- We’re working closely with our delivery partners to make sure they’re keeping themselves and our customers safe. Our delivery partners are adhering to social distancing measures globally and making ‘no-contact’ deliveries. Parcels will only be delivered to the recipients address and cannot be left with a neighbour. DELIVERY TIMINGS
Estimated delivery timings are as follows:
- UK 2-3 working days
- Europe 3-4 working days*
- US & Canada 3-5 working days*
- ROW 3-5 working days*
- Whilst every effort is made to deliver the Goods in accordance with the time-scales set out, we do not accept any liability for late delivery of the Goods.
- Whilst we will try to deliver your order within 3-14 days (depending on the delivery address) you should allow up to 28 days for delivery.
- Made to order Goods will be dispatched when they are available to us.

DELIVERY COSTS
- In addition to the price of the Goods, a delivery charge will be payable as below.
- The cost of postage and packing per order will vary according to the delivery destination. The UK delivery cost below includes UK VAT (which will be applied to appropriate UK orders):

- The Bentley Collection is offering free delivery on all UK orders with a total basket value of £200 or over. Please note that free delivery promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page. All orders to billing addresses outside of the UK will be subject to the delivery charges shown in the above table.
- The customer is responsible for any import charges, customs/duty fees or customs clearance charges.
- Due to changes in international shipping charges, all orders being delivered internationally or to an address in Europe (excluding UK) will be subject to local taxes and duties. Orders with a European delivery address (excluding UK) are shipped via DHL*. Please refer to DHL’s Disbursement Fees for further information about fees which may be incurred where you are.
- *Please note, all orders containing fragrances are shipped via UPS and may be subject to UPS Disbursement Fees.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- Due to customs restrictions products containing alcohol, including but not limited to fragrances, cannot be exported outside of the UK & Europe.
- There may also be specific exclusions relating to individual products or restrictions on certain products dependent on the country of export. You will be notified about any products affected by this on the product page and at checkout.
