The Bentley Collection is the official giftware collection of Bentley Motors Limited and is made available by Dowlis Inspired Branding Limited (Company No. 01179852) of Unit 2 Woking 8, Forsyth Road, Woking, Surrey, GU21 5SB. United Kingdom.
These are the Standard Conditions of Sale of Dowlis Inspired Branding Limited t/a The Bentley Collection for certain products shown on the pages of this website and which you have chosen and which can be seen listed on the "Your Basket" page (the "Goods").

1.1 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order you submit and for giving us any necessary information relating to the Goods in sufficient time to enable us to perform our obligations in accordance with these terms.
1.2 No order shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until it is confirmed by email or in writing by us as having been dispatched from our warehouse and payment has been made. We reserve the right to reject any order.
1.3 We may contact you if we cannot accept your order, which may be the result of (i) the products not being available, (ii) there is a problem with your payment method, (iii) there has been a pricing or product description error on the website, (iv) we are unable to deliver the products due to local import restrictions or requirements at your delivery destination or (v) you don’t meet our eligibility to order criteria or are in breach of any of the T&Cs or other law.
1.4 Any advice or recommendation given on this website or otherwise given to you by us, or any of our employees or agents, is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk and, accordingly, we shall not be liable for such advice or recommendation.
1.5 The contract will be concluded in English.
2.1 We take care to ensure that all colours are correct at the time of their publication. However, the representation of colours on your browser may vary from the actual colours.
2.2 All Goods are subject to availability and continuous development. Their specification can change and may differ from those outlined on this website or in any publication. We reserve the right to remove or discontinue any item at any time.
3.1 Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on any page of this website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
4.1 The price of the Goods will be the price set out on the relevant page of this website. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time however, if there has been an error with the pricing or product description on the website we reserve the right to cancel your order.
4.2 Prices for Goods on this website are shown in £ sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT. VAT at the prevailing UK rate will be added to orders that are to be delivered within the UK and EU. For deliveries outside the UK, you will be liable or any local import duties and taxes that may be levied in the country of delivery. If you have not chosen your delivery destination, prices shown will be inclusive of UK VAT until you reach the check-out.
4.3 Transactions authorised on this site will appear on your credit card statement as "The Bentley Collection" Transactions will be effected in £ sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, converted to your home currency at the rate prevailing on the date of the transaction by your payment card provider.
5.1 We accept payment by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and PayPal in UK Pounds Sterling only.
5.2 Upon providing us with details of your chosen payment card and submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment card to pay for Goods on the order and authorise us to deduct from the payment card the full price of the Goods and all other payments due such as delivery charges.
5.3 Where Goods are returned to us in accordance with these terms, we will credit the payment card with the appropriate amount in £ sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, converted to your home currency at the rate prevailing on the date of the transaction by your payment card provider. Dowlis Inspired Branding Limited accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of your original order and your refund.
5.4 Shopify Pay and Apple Pay are enabled on this site.
6.1 The Goods will be delivered to the shipping address entered during checkout.
6.2 Items ordered together might not be despatched together due to constraints of packing or availability.
6.3 Estimated delivery timings are as follows:

Europe 3-4 working days*

*please note, timings exclude customs where required.
6.4 Whilst every effort is made to deliver the Goods in accordance with the time-scales set out, we do not accept any liability for late delivery of the Goods.
6.5 Whilst we will try to deliver your order within 3-14 days (depending on the delivery address) you should allow up to 28 days for delivery.
6.6 We recommend that orders are placed before the following dates for pre-Christmas delivery. Any orders placed after these dates may be delivered in the New Year; UK: 17th December. Rest of World: 16th December. Note that these are recommended timings only and pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed between 23rd December – 6th January will be dispatched from 6th January.
6.7 Made to order Goods will be dispatched when they are available to us.
6.8 Bentley Jewellery items will be shipped direct from a third party.
6.9 If you require a faster or guaranteed delivery service, you should call our customer services team [+ 44 (0) 333 247 0241] or email Sales@TheBentleyCollection.com to discuss your requirements and we will advise you of availability and any additional costs.
6.10 We’re working closely with our delivery partners to make sure they’re keeping themselves and our customers safe. Our delivery partners are adhering to social distancing measures globally and making ‘no-contact’ deliveries. Parcels will only be delivered to the recipients address and cannot be left with a neighbour. 7.1 In addition to the price of the Goods, a delivery charge will be payable as below:
7.2 The cost of postage and packing per order will vary according to the delivery destination. The delivery charge excludes UK VAT (which will be added to appropriate UK & EU orders):

7.3 For a limited time, The Bentley Collection is offering free delivery on all orders with a total basket value of £200 or over (excluding VAT). Please note that free delivery promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.
7.4 The customer is responsible for any import charges, customs/duty fees or customs clearance charges.
8.1 You may cancel your order without having to give a reason for up to 28 days after the date upon which you received the Goods, provided you return Goods that you do not wish to keep, to us within 28 days of receipt in the condition in which they were received, together with a covering letter or completed Returns Note.
8.2 Returns must be packaged in the original packaging with tags and labels in place. Please note that the removal of tags will be taken as evidence of use of a product by you and the product cannot be returned in these circumstances.

8.4 Once we have received the Goods, we will credit the payment card used for payment of your original order with the value of the goods in £ sterling (GBP) or, if you prefer, replace the Goods with alternative goods. Please note original delivery charges and any costs incurred to return your order will not be refunded.
8.5 Refunds and exchanges on purchases made with a promotional discount will be calculated at the reduced price. Where a complimentary gift has been issued with a purchase, the gift must also be returned.
8.6 You are not entitled to cancel orders for Goods that have been personalised or made-to-order, or which are damaged after delivery (except where the goods are faulty). We will not be responsible for returned Goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
8.7 Bentley Jewellery
The cost and responsibility of returning any unwanted jewellery items lies with the customer, due to the value of the goods we strongly recommend you use a tracked and fully insured delivery service.

8.8 We’ve extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2020. Orders placed from Friday 27th November 2020 up to and including Thursday 31st December 2020 are eligible for extended returns. Items purchased during these dates can be returned up until Saturday, 30th January 2021. Your returned item(s) will need to be with us on or before the 30th January 2021 to be eligible for a refund.
Items purchased after Thursday 31st December will be subject to our standard returns policy and can be returned up to 28 days later. Normal exclusions and conditions apply.
8.9 YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THESE TERMS.

9.2 Promotional free gifts and discounts are only available during specific promotional periods.
9.3 All orders placed with a qualifying spend, placed during the promotional period, using the specified promotional code will be eligible to receive the appropriate promotion.
9.4 Any free gifts are: subject to availability while stocks last, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. No part of the gift is exchangeable for cash or any other gift.
9.5 Please note the free item must also be added to your basket to receive this as part of your order.
9.6 Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
9.7 In the event a customer returns their order such that they no longer qualify for a free gift, and the free gift is not returned to The Bentley Collection, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund issued.
9.8 Dowlis Inspired Branding Limited is the promoter of any free gift or discount promotions and reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this offer without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
